Polyaluminium chloride must be either a colorless to pale yellow liquid, appearing hazy to transparent, devoid of organic contaminants. Alternatively, the powder form should exhibit a pale yellow hue and be free from organic impurities. Additionally, the material must adhere to the standard's specified criteria.
