Guide clients through the BIS/ISI/WPC/TEC/CDSCO certification process, ensuring timely submission of documents and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, government bodies, and testing labs to ensure smooth execution of certification projects.
Degree in Engineering, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
3+ years of experience in product certification or regulatory affairs.
Familiarity with Indian and International standards
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, leveraging insights to generate qualified leads.
Client Acquisition: Develop, nurture, and expand relationships with new clients, focusing on both short-term sales and long-term business growth.
Sales Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and implementing sales strategies, including pricing models and competitive positioning.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular reports on the status of deals and prospects, meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our services and establish partnerships.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, gather feedback, and drive customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Development) is a plus.
2+ years of experience in Web Developement
2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services industry.
Familiarity with IT service offerings, including software development, cloud services, and consulting solutions.
Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present complex IT solutions in a clear, concise manner.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, client needs, and competition to inform strategy and decision-making.
Project Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
