Department of Telecommunications Extends Mandatory Certification Deadlines for Select Products Under MTCTE Regime
Key Amendments:
1. Extension of Mandatory Certification Dates: The deadline for mandatory certification of the following five products under MTCTE Phases III, IV, and V has been extended as outlined below:

2. Extended Deadline for ILAC Report Acceptance: The deadline for accepting test reports from labs accredited by International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) signatories for non-border sharing countries has been extended by an additional two months for the technical parameters of the following products:

3. Note: Test reports from ILAC signatories (excluding border-sharing countries) must be no older than two years at the time of submission on the MTCTE Portal. Ensure your reports meet this requirement for compliance.
