Viscose Rayon Cut Staple Spun Yarn must adhere to Indian Standard IS 3566:2023 and display the Standard Mark, issued under a license from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), as outlined in Scheme-I of Schedule-II of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Conformity Assessment) Regulations, 2018.
